Watford Under-21 midfielder Amar Sanghrajka, aged 19, has signed for St Albans City on a 28-day loan to gain more experience. The English and Indian national was on the first-team bench for a match against Swansea City in August but has not played at a senior level since that time. At St Albans, he will join his Under-21 coach Adrian Mariappa, who signed a playing contract with St Albans City last year. The move provides Sanghrajka with an opportunity for first-team football at the Isthmian Premier League club, which competes in the seventh tier of English football. His contract at his parent club runs until the summer of 2027.
