Amady Camara leaving Sturm Graz?

Amady Camara, a 20-year-old striker from Sturm Graz, has joined FC Nantes on a loan deal with an option to buy. The transfer was officially announced by FC Nantes on August 9, 2025. The option to buy is set at 4 million euros. Camara is an international player for Mali.

According to a report by 'Kleine Zeitung', Amady Camara is on the verge of a transfer to the French Ligue 1 club, FC Nantes. It is discussed that the transfer will be a one-year loan with an option to buy. Camara missed training on Monday, indicating the transfer is imminent. Camara joined SK Sturm Graz in the summer of 2023 and has made 51 appearances, scoring three goals and providing two assists, but has not yet established himself as a regular starter.

FC Nantes has made an offer for Amady Camara to SK Sturm Graz. The offer includes a one-year loan with an option to buy for two million euros. However, SK Sturm Graz is reportedly not yet convinced by this offer, and negotiations are ongoing.

The current Belgian champion, Club Brügge, reportedly made an offer of 6.5 million Euros for Amady Camara, according to Africafoot. However, reports from this Africa-focused football portal should be taken with caution.

FC Midtjylland is one of the clubs reportedly interested in Amady Camara, alongside Atalanta, Fiorentina, and Genoa. Transfermarkt currently estimates his market worth at 1.50 million euros.
