Torino have rejected approaches for 20-year-old Swedish-Gambian winger Alieu Njie from numerous clubs, including Sudtirol, Frosinone, Monza, Juve Stabia, Reggiana, and Spezia from Serie B, as well as a couple of teams from the Eredivisie. It was reported that the clubs were interested in a loan deal, but Torino do not want the player to leave. The club's refusal is based on their view of Njie as a key part of their present and future plans, and manager Marco Baroni is also giving him increasing playing time. Njie joined Torino in July 2024 and his contract runs until June 2029.
