According to sources, representatives from both Arsenal and Manchester City attended a Scotland Under-19s match against Italy to watch him, where he was widely considered by scouts to be the best player on the pitch. In the 2025/2026 season, he has made 27 appearances and scored one goal in the Scottish Lowland Football League. Under current regulations, English sides could sign Osborne for a compensation package understood to be less than £250,000.
