English centre-forward Alfie May, 32, has completed his third consecutive summer transfer by rejoining his former club Doncaster Rovers on a season-long loan. The move follows a campaign at Huddersfield Town, where he scored seven goals and provided six assists in 40 games after joining the club 12 months ago. May, who previously spent three seasons in League One with Rovers and scored 23 times, had moved to Huddersfield after a season with Birmingham City, where he contributed 17 goals and nine assists to their League One title win.
