Paulsen was reportedly seen in the stands during the Trójmiasto derby. He had previously transferred to Bournemouth from Wellington Phoenix FC after a successful stint in the A-League. Paulsen has not yet debuted for Bournemouth, as he was immediately loaned to Auckland FC, where he recorded 13 clean sheets in 28 matches. His contract with Bournemouth is valid until 2028, and Transfermarkt estimates his market value at €750k.
