Alexander Jeremejeff has reached an agreement with PAOK for the termination of his contract and will soon leave the club. The 32-year-old Swedish striker will join Persija Jakarta, a club that competes in the Indonesian league. Jeremejeff joined PAOK in January 2026 and has one cap for the Swedish national team. According to Transfermarkt, his current market value is estimated to be €800k.
