Alexander Jeremejeff Transfer from Panathinaikos to PAOK

Gazzetta.gr reported that PAOK have announced the acquisition of Alexander Jeremejeff from Panathinaikos on a free transfer. Alexander Jeremejeff has signed a contract with the club until June 30, 2027.

According to Sportbladet's information, Alexander Jeremejeff has signed a contract with PAOK Thessaloniki. The contract is for 18 months with an option for an additional year. Greek media had previously reported that the Panathinaikos forward was in advanced discussions. Sportbladet's information states he has now signed the contract, which is expected to be made official after New Year.

According to Sport FM, Alexander Geremeyev is in Toumba for PAOK. The Swedish forward is free from Panathinaikos. He may be announced by Razvan Lucescu's team in the next few hours. As part of the transfer process, Geremeyev is attending the cup match between PAOK and Marko. The report adds that earlier on Wednesday afternoon (17/12), Geremeyev bid farewell to Panathinaikos in a social media post.

PAOK is acquiring Alexander Jeremejeff, a player specifically wanted by coach Răzvan Lucescu, who values his immediate availability and knowledge of the league. The Swedish forward feels he was treated unfairly during his time at Panathinaikos and sees the move as an opportunity to demonstrate his abilities and restart his career. He is not expected to be a major acquisition, but rather a reliable and prompt option who can perform tasks such as pressing and competing for the ball. The need for an immediately available player was heightened because the club's situation regarding Chalov remains unresolved.
