Reggiana has identified 32-year-old Italian goalkeeper Alessandro Micai as a target to replace the young goalkeeper Edoardo Motta, who is reportedly set to transfer to Lazio. The experienced goalkeeper is the leading candidate to strengthen the squad managed by Davide Dionigi. It is expected that Micai will leave Cluj this January, after a period with only two league appearances and no call-ups since last September. This potential move would be a return to Serie B for Micai, where he has 278 appearances, six months after his relegation to Serie C with Cosenza.
