Aleš Mandous Transfer from Slavia Praha to Pardubice
Goalkeeper Aleš Mandous, aged thirty-three, has joined FK Pardubice from Mladá Boleslav. Last season, Mandous was on loan at Mladá Boleslav after being on the roster for Slavia Prague in the autumn, where he played in two Europa League matches. The goalkeeper has experience with the national team, having earned four caps and been a member of the squad for Euro 2020. Pardubice's sporting director, Jiří Bílek, stated that Mandous is an experienced goalkeeper with international experience who can significantly help the team during a challenging period. Bílek added his belief that Mandous will bring calmness and quality, help organize the defense, and that the goalkeeper's personality will positively influence the team. Mandous said that he was attracted to the club's high ambitions and was immediately impressed by the atmosphere upon his arrival.
