Media previously reported that CSKA was interested in Sochi's Russian goalkeeper Aleksandr Degtev and was allegedly prepared to offer 80 million rubles. Spartak has now also made a proposal for the 21-year-old Zenit academy graduate. The internet portal Metaratings reports that Spartak's offer is for €1 million. According to the same source, Sochi has not yet made a final decision on the player's future and is considering rejecting the bid in order to keep Degtev for the next season. Degtev, who has five caps for Russia's U21 team, joined Sochi in January 2024 and his contract is set to expire in June 2026. He made 18 appearances in the Premier Liga last season and has a current Transfermarkt market value of €800k.
