Slovenian defender Aleksandar Zeljković, 26, has signed a contract with Mura until June 2028 after his agreement with Aluminij expired. The former Beltinci and Sežana player expressed that the decision to join Mura was not a difficult one, fulfilling a long-standing desire to play for the club. Mura's coach, Mitja Morec, stated he was very pleased with the signing, adding that they were looking to strengthen the central defender position and that he believes Zeljković has the characteristics to become one of the team's leaders. He has a current Transfermarkt market value of €300k.
