Aleksa Maraš Transfer from Botev Plovdiv to Panserraikos
Panserraikos has confirmed the signing of 23-year-old Montenegrin striker Aleksa Maraš, who arrives on loan from Botev Plovdiv. The agreement for the 1.92m forward from Podgorica will last at least through the end of the current campaign. The club moved swiftly to bring in the player, who is recognized for his strength and finishing, to cover for the injured Jean Baptiste Leo. In the current season with the Bulgarian team, Maraš made 3 appearances and provided 1 assist. During the previous year, he found the net 8 times in 39 matches, including in the Conference League. His move to Bulgaria followed a productive spell in Montenegro with Mladost Donja Gorica, where he scored 15 goals in 37 appearances. His contract with Botev Plovdiv is set to expire on June 30, 2027, and his Transfermarkt value is listed at €450k. Prior to his transfer to Greece, Hungarian club Diósgyőr had also been linked with the striker.
