Toronto FC is finalizing a loan deal for Colombian winger Alejandro Piedrahita from CSKA Sofia, which will last until the summer. Piedrahita, who is a product of Deportivo Pereira and turns 24 on Thursday, has previously won the Bulgarian cup with CSKA Sofia.
