According to TEAMtalk, representatives for the 22-year-old Spanish international Alejandro Balde have spoken to Fulham to gauge interest in the player ahead of the January transfer window. The defender is open to a move to England after his standing at Barcelona decreased, and the club is reportedly prepared to allow him to leave on loan. TEAMtalk also states that Sunderland and Everton have been approached, and that intermediaries have offered Liverpool and Manchester United the opportunity to sign Balde. A loan is the type of move being considered, although the specific structure of any potential deal remains uncertain as the window approaches. Balde has been capped seven times for Spain, is under contract at Barcelona until June 2028, and his market value is listed as €50.00m by Transfermarkt.
