Barcelona are prepared to let Alejandro Balde, a 22-year-old Spanish defender, leave on loan in January because his first-team opportunities have been limited. According to TEAMtalk, Everton is among several Premier League clubs that have been contacted by his representatives. With Barcelona's permission, the player's representatives are working to determine the level of interest ahead of the transfer window. TEAMtalk also reports that Manchester United, Liverpool, Sunderland, and Fulham have been approached about a potential deal. Balde is open to a move to England, and while a loan is currently being considered, the exact structure of any potential agreement is not yet clear. Balde joined Barcelona in July 2022, has 7 caps for Spain, and has a current market value of €50.00m, according to Transfermarkt.
