Akram Bouras Transfer from MC Alger to Levski Sofia

Levski is on the verge of acquiring Algerian midfielder Akram Bouras from MC Alger, with an agreement already reached between the African club and the player. The 23-year-old midfielder is anticipated to sign a contract with Levski soon. According to Tema Sport, Levski will pay 400,000 euros for his rights, despite earlier reports suggesting the sum would be twice as high. MC Alger, where Bouras is contracted until the summer of 2027, will retain 25% of any future sale. MC Alger confirmed the news to journalist Nabil Djellit from L'Équipe, expressing that although they wanted to keep Bouras, his wish to join Levski ultimately halted their efforts.

Journalist Nabil Djellit from France Football reported that the transfer deal for Algerian midfielder Akram Bouras to Levski Sofia is considered certain. Levski is set to pay between 700,000 and 800,000 euros to activate the release clause of the 23-year-old player. MC Alger will keep 25% of any future sale proceeds for Bouras. Bouras will be the fifth new player to join the team this season, alongside Radislav Kirilov, Rildo, Martin Lukov, and Mazir Sula. The midfielder has achieved four Algerian championship titles, three with Belouizdad and one with MC Alger. In the previous season, he participated in 38 matches, scoring four goals and providing three assists. His contract with MC Alger is due to expire on June 30, 2027, and Transfermarkt currently estimates his market value to be €800,000.
