According to Piotr Koźmiński, Sturm Graz made a new proposal to Afimico Pululu for a 2.5-year contract. The Austrian champions were willing to acquire the player in the winter and were ready for talks with Jagiellonia. However, talks might not happen because Pululu has reportedly rejected the offer. Sturm Graz may still attempt to convince the player, but the time to do so is limited.

Afimico Pululu, a 26-year-old French-Congolese centre-forward, is in his final season with Jagiellonia Białystok and has reportedly attracted interest from Sturm Graz. The forward, whose contract is set to expire, has also been linked with Dynamo Kyiv and unspecified clubs from Major League Soccer and the Brazilian top flight. In the 2025/2026 Ekstraklasa season, Pululu has scored 7 goals and provided 1 assist in 16 appearances. His market value is listed by Transfermarkt as €4.00m. Reports from January 2026 suggest that an offer of around €3 million could convince Jagiellonia to sell. This follows a period in 2025 when offers between €1.3 million and a value close to €3 million were reportedly rejected.
