Azerbaijani club Neftçi is interested in signing Afimico Pululu, a 27-year-old French-Congolese centre-forward who plays for Jagiellonia Białystok, and is capable of offering the player a salary of half a million euros. Pululu's contract with Jagiellonia expires at the end of June and has not yet been extended. The player has indicated that he is currently focused on playing for his club and will decide his future at an appropriate time. A very important factor for Pululu in selecting a new team is the opportunity to play in European competitions; Neftçi is currently in fourth place in its league table. It is not known if the striker would be interested in a transfer to the Baku-based club, which is reportedly one of several teams showing interest in him. According to Transfermarkt, his current market value is €4.00m. Reports from early 2026 suggested a potential transfer fee between €1 million and €3 million, and the asking price was reportedly between €3.5 million and €6 million in mid-2025.
