An initial proposal by Fluminense to sign 27-year-old Brazilian defender Adryelson was rejected by his current club, Al Wasl of the United Arab Emirates. The first offer was for approximately 6 million euros. The deal is considered complex, partly because Russian teams, including CSKA Moskva, were recently unsuccessful in persuading Al Wasl to release the player. Fluminense is expected to make a new attempt in the near future. The club's interest in the former Botafogo player was initially reported and subsequently confirmed. Adryelson joined Al Wasl in July 2025 and has scored 3 goals in 15 domestic league appearances this season. His market value is estimated by Transfermarkt to be €3.00m.
