AC Milan were one of several major European clubs interested in 24-year-old French international Adrien Truffert before his transfer to Bournemouth. It is suggested Milan, along with Aston Villa, Benfica, and Bayern Munich, could potentially renew their interest if he were made available. Truffert has since drawn interest from Manchester United and Liverpool, and it is indicated that Bournemouth would require a fee of around £60m to sell the left-back, though a mid-season move is considered unlikely to be approved by the club. The defender, who has been capped three times for France, joined Bournemouth in July 2025 and is under contract until 2030. Transfermarkt estimates his current market value to be €35.00m.
