Manchester United is expected to face competition from Premier League rivals Liverpool and other leading European clubs for 24-year-old Bournemouth left-back Adrien Truffert. For a January deal, Bournemouth would require a fee of around £60m and an approach would likely be blocked. Aston Villa, Benfica, Bayern Munich, and AC Milan all held a prior interest in Truffert, whose contract at Bournemouth is valid until 2030.
