Goalkeeper Adam Richter is returning to Varnsdorf, where he previously played between 2020 and 2022, after a period at Chrudim. The 27-year-old Czech Republic national also played for Opava after his first departure from Varnsdorf. Richter said that his time at Chrudim did not go as he had imagined. He made 7 appearances in the Chance Narodni Liga this season. While considering his next steps and holding some meetings, he was contacted by Varnsdorf coaches Rudnytskyy and Porcal. They agreed that the move would be mutually beneficial and could help restart his career. After discussing the proposal with his family, Richter accepted the offer. His contract is until 30/06/2026, and he is the club's biggest signing so far.
