Goalkeeper Žiga Frelih is set to leave Spartak Trnava. There is background talk about a potential return to the club for 29-year-old Slovakian goalkeeper Adam Jakúbech. Jakúbech currently plays for Zemplín Michalovce, which is the same club from which Trnava signed the departing Frelih. He joined his current club in February 2025 and has a contract until June 2027. The goalkeeper has one cap for Slovakia and a current market value of €100k, according to Transfermarkt.
