Adam Gríger has joined ŠK Slovan Bratislava from Hradec Králové on a one-year loan, and the agreement includes an option for a permanent transfer. Ivan Kmotrík ml., general director of ŠK Slovan, said that they are acquiring a player with great potential for the future and a Slovak U21 international. He stated that Adam will increase competition in attack, and the arrival of a third centre forward provides the coach with an alternative for a different formation. Kmotrík ml. believes Adam will be beneficial and will earn a subsequent permanent transfer through his performances. Adam Gríger said that Slovan is a big club and it is an honour for him that they showed interest. He mentioned that he used to watch their European matches and thought how beautiful it would be to experience something similar. He also expressed happiness that he will be closer to his family after several years abroad and comes with the desire to perform to his highest ability, fulfill the coach's requirements, be helpful to the team, and score goals.
