Valencia and the Championship club Birmingham City are finalizing a loan deal for German striker Marvin Ducksch. The 32-year-old has been chosen by the technical secretariat to reinforce the team's attack and serve as a replacement for the injured Umar Sadiq. The agreement would be for a one-year loan until June 30 without a purchase option, and the operation is contingent on a medical examination.
Ducksch is not part of the English club's plans, for which he has played only 6 minutes in three championship matches this season. His move has the support of Ron Gourlay and Lisandro Isei. Ducksch, who has two caps for Germany, joined Birmingham in August 2025 and has a contract until June 2028. His current market value is €1.50m, according to Transfermarkt. Other clubs recently linked with the player include Orlando City and Hertha BSC.
