Tottenham is interested in Folarin Balogun, a 24-year-old centre-forward who holds both United States and England citizenship. Chelsea also reportedly shares this interest. The American international's club, AS Monaco, is understood to be open to a departure as they are obliged to sell players this summer to balance their finances, and Balogun is considered one of their assets with high value. Paris Saint-Germain also includes him on a shortlist, but has not yet established any official contact with the Monegasque club regarding a potential transfer.
Balogun, who has 29 caps and 11 goals for the United States, joined Monaco in August 2023 and his contract runs until June 2028. In the 2025/2026 Ligue 1 season, he scored 13 goals and provided 5 assists in 30 appearances. His current Transfermarkt market value is €40 million, while reports in June 2026 state Monaco's asking price is €50 million. He moved to the club from Arsenal for a reported €30 million.
