Stuttgart is interested in signing Slovakian winger Leo Sauer and is willing to pay ten million euros for the international player, with a bid being prepared. According to supporterssite FR12, Stuttgart hopes to sign the Feyenoord forward ahead of Hoffenheim. Hoffenheim has reportedly submitted multiple bids and is said to have reached a personal agreement with the 20-year-old player, but an agreement has not been reached with his club. BILD claims that Benfica is now also interested in Sauer, and discussions with the Portuguese club are reportedly ongoing.
Sauer has 11 caps for Slovakia, joined Feyenoord in September 2023, and his contract is valid until June 2028. In the 2025/2026 Eredivisie season, he made 64 appearances, scoring 12 goals and providing 8 assists. His current market value, according to Transfermarkt, is €7 million. In July 2026, reports stated Hoffenheim made multiple bids higher than his market value. In January 2026, Feyenoord's asking price was reportedly set at €15 million or more.
