Stuttgart is one of several clubs showing interest in English central midfielder Bobby Clark, who is expected to depart Red Bull Salzburg this summer. It is reported that alongside the German Bundesliga club, Borussia Monchengladbach, Celtic, Rangers, and teams in England are also attentive to the 21-year-old's situation. Clark, who is currently on loan at Derby County, has a contract with Salzburg until 2029 and has been capped once by England at U20 level.
According to Transfermarkt, his current market value is €7.00m. It is anticipated that Red Bull Salzburg will agree to an initial sale at a reduced price that includes significant future add-ons to help recover the roughly £10 million they paid to Liverpool for him in 2024. A permanent deal to Celtic for around £6m was reportedly discussed in April 2026.
