RB Leipzig is one of several clubs monitoring 24-year-old Dutch midfielder Quinten Timber at Feyenoord. Borussia Dortmund, Juventus, and various Premier League clubs are also following the midfielder. Timber's contract is expiring, and because extension talks are difficult, Feyenoord may be open to a winter transfer to prevent losing him on a free transfer in the summer.
It is reported that Galatasaray has also added Timber to its wish list as a winter reinforcement and is considering making a bid in January to take advantage of his contract status. Timber has 8 caps and 1 goal for the Netherlands national team, and in the current 2025/2026 Eredivisie season, he has scored 3 goals and provided 1 assist in 2 appearances. His current valuation on Transfermarkt is €25.00m. Feyenoord's asking price was reportedly in the €25-30 million range during the summer of 2025. He joined the club in July 2022 for a fee of €7.4 million.
