Rangers are reportedly intensifying their search for a new right-back, with Westerlo player Bryan Reynolds, 24, being a target of significant interest. The club requires a player for this position following the departure of captain James Tavernier and the conclusion of Max Aarons' loan spell. Rangers previously signed Tuur Rommens from the Belgian club in the winter window.

Reynolds joined Westerlo in July 2023 and made 29 appearances in the Jupiler Pro League last season, scoring two goals and providing one assist. The American international has 7 caps and 1 goal for his country, and his current market value is estimated by Transfermarkt to be €3.50m. Genk and Sassuolo have also been linked with the defender. Westerlo is open to the USA international leaving this summer but would require a fee of several million, partly because the player's contract is set to expire at the end of the next season.
