PSV is reportedly one of several clubs interested in Hamburger SV winger Fabio Baldé, a 20-year-old Portuguese-German who has been capped by Portugal at the U20 level. Other clubs reportedly interested are FC Porto, Benfica, Sporting CP, Werder Bremen, Union Berlin, and Club Brugge.
Data journalist Willem Leijgraf stated that Baldé would appear to be redundant or at least overpriced for the Eindhoven club. German sources have mentioned a starting price of around €10 million for the player. He is contracted until 2029. FootballTransfers suggests the fee could increase to between €13 million and €14 million with bonuses. Anderlecht was also previously linked with a loan move for Baldé in January 2024. The player has a current market value of €3.00m, according to Transfermarkt, and a reported release clause of €20 million. Hamburger SV also reportedly rejected a €5 million offer for him during the winter 2025/2026 transfer window.
