According to Football League World, Millwall are targeting Sheffield Wednesday's Jamaican international forward Bailey Cadamarteri and are one of several interested clubs. The 20-year-old is also the subject of interest from Blackburn Rovers, who are also in the Championship, and Scottish top-flight club Hibernian. Sheffield Wednesday have already rejected an offer from Hibernian, and Rob Staton of BBC Sheffield reported that the bid was for £250,000.
Cadamarteri is reportedly open to a move to Blackburn, while his position on a potential transfer to Millwall is currently unclear. Cadamarteri, who has one goal in four caps for his country, joined Sheffield Wednesday in January 2024 and has a contract until 2028. In the current Championship season, he has scored two goals in 25 appearances. His current Transfermarkt market value is €800k.
