AC Milan has made inquiries about Napoli's 30-year-old Cameroon midfielder André-Frank Zambo Anguissa, whose contract expires at the end of the season. The club has established initial contact with the player's representatives. Milan is considering signing Anguissa, who has an estimated market value of €15 million, on a free transfer if he does not extend his contract with Napoli. The club is interested in the midfielder due to his physical profile and experience in the Italian league. These discussions are currently at a preliminary stage.
Napoli's sporting director, Giovanni Manna, recently confirmed that the club is still in talks with Anguissa's agents but acknowledged that a departure is possible if an agreement cannot be reached. The midfielder, who has 66 caps for his country, joined Napoli from Fulham in July 2022 for a reported €15 million. Throughout the summer of 2026, Napoli's asking price was reportedly between €20 million and €25 million. Anguissa has also been linked with several clubs in Turkey, including Fenerbahçe and Galatasaray.
