Krépin Diatta became a free agent after his contract with AS Monaco concluded on June 30. Olympique de Marseille is reportedly a target for the player. The French club is interested in the winger, who has been converted to a right-back, due to his profile and his availability on a free transfer.
The Senegalese international also has other interested clubs, including English clubs Everton and Ipswich, as well as Schalke 04. Schalke 04 have recently been promoted to the Bundesliga. However, Marseille must first reduce its squad size before signing new players.
