Krasnodar's 24-year-old Russian goalkeeper Stanislav Agkatsev stated that he is not needed by Bayern Munich in response to a journalist's question about a potential move to the club.
Football expert Aleksandr Bubnov reacted by suggesting Agkatsev was being modest. Bubnov advised the player to accept any invitation from Bayern at the end of the season without hesitation, reasoning that an opportunity could arise as he believes goalkeeper Manuel Neuer may only play for one more season before finishing his career. The expert added that Agkatsev is not worse than Safonov, who joined PSG, and that many possibilities would become available to him. Agkatsev, who has 5 caps for Russia, is under contract with Krasnodar until 30/06/2029 and has a current Transfermarkt market value of €10.00m. He has also been linked with Real Madrid and Rostov.
