Juventus has renewed its interest in Charlie Cresswell, an English central defender born in 2002 who is owned by Toulouse. Damien Comolli, who was president of the French club before moving to Juventus, knows the player well and is considering him. Cresswell had already been a target for the club during the summer transfer window, when he was reportedly a high priority for Comolli.

Over the last two years, he has become one of the more interesting and reliable central defenders in Ligue 1, also demonstrating an ability to score with three goals in 12 appearances this season. The former England U21 international joined Toulouse in July 2024 and is under contract until 2028. According to Transfermarkt, his current market value is €12.00m. Atalanta, Everton, and West Ham United are among several other clubs that have also been linked with the defender.
