A live blog from Sky Sports states that Ipswich Town are potentially interested in Jesurun Rak-Sakyi, who is a 23-year-old English and Ghanaian winger for Crystal Palace. Celtic are also interested in signing him, and an offer for the player has reportedly been submitted by the club. Rak-Sakyi is still available after a loan move to Swansea City collapsed. Stoke City are also mentioned as being interested.
Sky Sports also noted that Rak-Sakyi was close to joining Celtic on loan last summer, but the deal did not proceed on deadline day. It is believed that Crystal Palace are considering Celtic's current proposal for the winger, whose contract expires next year. Rak-Sakyi joined Palace in July 2022 and has two caps for the England U21 team. His current market value, according to Transfermarkt, is €6.00m. A permanent transfer fee of approximately €9.5 million was cited in negotiations in January 2026. In the summer of 2025, Crystal Palace's asking price was reportedly €11.8 million.
