Inter's interest in Marco Carnesecchi is increasing, and his potential arrival in Milan could lead to other transfers. Atalanta values their goalkeeper at approximately €30 million. As Spanish goalkeeper Josep Martínez, 27, is unlikely to accept continuing in a backup role, a move for Carnesecchi could lead to Martínez joining Atalanta.
Martínez, who has one cap for Spain, joined Inter from Genoa in July 2024 for a fee of €13.5 million and his contract runs until 2029. His current Transfermarkt market value is €7.50m. Several other Serie A clubs, including Fiorentina and Bologna, have also been linked with him.
