Inter is prepared to pursue Union Saint-Gilloise's right-sided player, Anan Khalaili, as the club seeks alternatives for the right flank following the not-yet-official transfer of Denzel Dumfries to Real Madrid. Khalaili has been a long-term target for Napoli, which has not yet reached an agreement with the Belgian club. Union Saint-Gilloise values the Israeli player, who was born in 2004, at approximately €25 million, and Inter's potential involvement could interfere with Napoli's plans.

Khalaili joined Union Saint-Gilloise from Maccabi Haifa in July 2024 for a fee reported to be €6.5 million, and his contract is valid until June 2028. In the 2025/2026 domestic league season, he made 38 appearances, scoring 3 goals and providing 5 assists. Napoli reportedly made an offer of €15 million for the player in May 2026.
