Inter are considering other options for a right-back to replace Denzel Dumfries, who has left for Real Madrid, because negotiations for a different target have reportedly stalled. Talks between the club and Union for Anan Khalaili are at a standstill, as Inter's offer of approximately €20 million does not match Union's €30 million valuation.
As a result, Inter are now considering Guéla Doué, who is a 23-year-old Ivorian international and the older brother of Désiré of PSG. Doué has played for Strasbourg for two years, and it is expected that the club will not permit him to leave for a low price. The right-back has 24 caps for his country, is contracted until 2029, and, according to Transfermarkt, has a current market value of €20.00m. Other clubs that have also been linked with him include Everton and Borussia Dortmund.
