Hull City, a team aiming for a play-off position in the English Championship, is reportedly interested in İrfan Can Kahveci, a 30-year-old Turkish winger. The player is not being considered for the second half of the season at Fenerbahçe, where he was suspended on October 12th, and has been asked to find a new club.
Beşiktaş and Trabzonspor have also been mentioned in connection with Kahveci. Samsunspor submitted a proposal for the player via his agent, but Kahveci politely rejected the offer. Currently on holiday in London with his family, Kahveci is expected to make a final decision on his future soon. The Turkish international has 44 caps and 6 goals for his country and has made 8 appearances with no goals or assists in the Süper Lig this season. His last transfer was in January 2021 for a fee of €7 million, and an offer of €10-12 million was reportedly made by a Saudi Arabian club in July 2024. Transfermarkt estimates his current market value to be €4.50m.
