Hull City, a newly-promoted Premier League club, have made an offer of between £12 million and £14 million for Rangers midfielder Nicolas Raskin, who is 25 years old. The offer is below Rangers' valuation of the player, which is approximately £20 million. The transfer fee is an obstacle.
Raskin is currently at the World Cup with Belgium. It is said that he has also attracted interest from Bologna, which is managed by his former international coach Domenico Tedesco. He has also attracted other interest from England. The midfielder joined Rangers in January 2023 for a fee that was reported to be €1.5 million. His contract is valid until May 2028. In the 2025/2026 Scottish Premiership season, he made 31 appearances, scoring 5 goals and providing 7 assists. Rangers' asking price has been consistently reported as being £20 million or more throughout late 2025 and into 2026.
