FC Bayern München's 27-year-old Japanese defender Hiroki Ito has been offered to Ajax by his management. Ito is considered one of the options to strengthen the defense in Amsterdam.
Ito is allowed to leave Bayern, where he failed to secure a regular starting position, despite having a contract until mid-2028. The left-footed player, who can also operate as a left-back, joined Bayern from VfB Stuttgart in the summer of 2024 for a fee of €23.5 million. He has 28 caps and one goal for Japan. His current market value is €18.00m, according to Transfermarkt.
