Sky Sports reports that German club Eintracht Frankfurt has a significant interest in 20-year-old Belgian forward Lucas Stassin. Other clubs are also reportedly monitoring the player, including French top-tier side Stade Rennes. Stuttgart has also been linked, and reports citing Sky Sports indicate that the club held discussions but considered Saint-Etienne's asking price of €40 million to be too high.
Stassin has a contract in France until 2028 and an estimated market value of €16 million. He has become a key player for his team, which was relegated to the second division. A transfer could improve his chances of being called up to the Belgian national team.
