Welsh international Dylan Levitt has moved from Hibernian to EFL League One team Leyton Orient after they mutually agreed to terminate his contract, which had six months remaining. The 25-year-old midfielder has signed a three-and-a-half-year deal with the London club. Hibs head coach David Gray explained that Levitt had not played as much as he wanted to this season and wanted to explore other opportunities, leading to an agreement that was considered the best outcome for all parties.
Levitt chose to move to join Richie Wellens' side, despite also receiving interest from the Scottish Premiership and the EFL Championship. The central midfielder has been capped 13 times by Wales. This season in the Scottish Premiership, he made 12 appearances without scoring or providing an assist. His market value is €650k, according to Transfermarkt.
