AFC Bournemouth has identified 22-year-old Ivorian international centre-back Ousmane Diomandé as a target, as the club seeks a replacement for Marcos Senesi, who is expected to leave when his contract ends this summer. Having qualified for the Europa League, Bournemouth is reportedly planning a transfer window and views Diomandé as a reinforcement to make the team more competitive.
The Sporting CP player joined the club in January 2023 and has 13 caps for the Ivory Coast. He is under contract until June 30, 2030, earns an annual salary of 3,460,000 euros, and is valued at 45 million euros on Transfermarkt. Several other clubs, including Chelsea, Arsenal, and Manchester United, have also been linked with the defender.
