Following previous links to Galatasaray and Fenerbahçe, Beşiktaş has now reportedly emerged as an interested party for Rafael Leão. Beşiktaş is the club that has engaged in the most concrete talks with the agent of the Portuguese player.
Amid earlier reports of a loan offer from Galatasaray for the 27-year-old, it was specified that Milan will only approve a permanent transfer and would not approve a loan deal. Leão, a winger with 49 caps and 6 goals for Portugal, is under contract with AC Milan until June 30, 2028, and has a current Transfermarkt market value of €50.00m. According to reports from July 2026, AC Milan's asking price is between €50 million and €70 million. The club has rejected much higher offers in the past, including a reported €100 million bid from Chelsea in a previous transfer window.
