Portuguese goalkeeper Rui Silva, 32, of Sporting is on a revealed list of goalkeepers being considered by Bayern Munich as the club prepares for the potential departure of Manuel Neuer, who may be in his final season.
The German club plans to promote the young Jonas Urbig to be the primary goalkeeper and is seeking an experienced player to provide competition. The Portugal international, who has three caps for his country, joined Sporting in July 2025 and his contract expires in June 2028. According to Transfermarkt, his current market value is €5.00m.
