Bayer Leverkusen is willing to sell 24-year-old attacking midfielder Malik Tillman this summer, but only for an 'exceptional' bid. According to Eindhovens Dagblad, a return to PSV for the American international is currently 'not realistic'. The publication notes that PSV would have liked to re-sign Tillman but cannot afford transfer fees of 30 to 35 million euros. The German club is open to a sale, but a loan is reportedly not currently being considered.

Tillman, who has 35 caps and 5 goals for the United States, is under contract at Leverkusen until 2030 and has also attracted interest from West Ham United. Earlier reports from April 2026 suggested a possible Liverpool offer of £60 million, while other sources indicated an offer of around €45 million could be sufficient for clubs like Aston Villa or Arsenal.
